JobShopFlow ("the Application") is a private, internal business management system provided for the exclusive use of the operating company and its authorized employees. By accessing or using the Application you agree to these terms.
The Application is not a public service. Access is limited to employees and representatives authorized by the operating company. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
Powers Bros (the operating company) grants its authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for the company's internal business purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Application are reserved by their respective owner(s). No other rights are granted.
An authorized administrator can connect the Application to a QuickBooks Online (Intuit) company. By connecting, the administrator authorizes the Application to read customer, item, and tax-code records and to create and update invoices in that QuickBooks company, solely to synchronize data between the Application and the connected QuickBooks account. This authorization can be revoked at any time, either by disconnecting within the Application or from within QuickBooks Online.
You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
QuickBooks Online remains the system of record for accounting. While the Application is designed to synchronize data accurately, you are responsible for reviewing invoice amounts, tax treatment, and accounting records in QuickBooks after synchronization and confirming their correctness.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The operating company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operating company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
